Through thought-based and emotion-based practices, I help people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and hopeless, move towards confidence, stability, and connection. I have over 11 years of experience supporting individuals virtually throughout BC.

You might be struggling with unexplained infertility, pregnancy loss, or pregnancy after infertility or loss. You might be considering ART (Assisted Reproductive Techniques) or might be actively going through IUI or IVF, or considering donor eggs, donor sperm, donor embryos, or gestational carriers. Chances are some feelings of despair, hopelessness, frustration, anxiety, and stress have made their appearance. My approach involves hearing your story, addressing these feelings, and helping you move to a place of confidence, hope, and connection, both to yourself and to others in your life.
NEW PARENTHOOD
Perhaps you are pregnant and experiencing worry and overwhelm, or perhaps you have a new baby and are noticing mood changes, such as elements of anxiety or depression. Maybe your relationship has changed since you got pregnant and you are now navigating parenting and maintaining a relationship during this season of your life.
New parenthood might be challenging your body image, sense of self, or your relationships with others. Many folks in this season of life describe feeling uncertain and unsure, overwhelmed, and disconnected, both from themselves and others. I help individuals and couples feel more inner confidence, increased connection in their relationships, and improved mood stability.
You might be experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, a sense of disconnect, a struggle with perfectionism, disconnect, or a lack of joy and meaning. Working parents often describe to me feelings of dread and overwhelm, as if they're just going through the motions. I help people experience more joy, peace, and confidence, through an integrated approach that explores thoughts, emotions, and body awareness.
INFERTILITY
WORKING PARENTS
I acknowledge that I live, work, and play on the traditional, ancestral, and mostly unceded territories of the Tsawwassen, Musqueam, and Semiahmoo First Nations. I recognize and honour all First Nation communities whose traditional territories overlap on what is now called British Columbia, and who have been stewards of this land since time immemorial.
